Getting started
How fast can we go live?
48 hours from your URL in most cases: we build and train, you review one preview, the embed goes on your site.
What do you need from me?
Your website address and a contact email. Training, hosting, and the snippet are all on us.
Do I need to touch code?
No. If you can paste one snippet, or forward it to whoever runs your site, you are done. WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Next.js, plain HTML: all fine.
Your bot
What happens when the bot doesn't know?
It says so, takes the visitor's details, and routes urgent cases to your team. Guessing is disabled by design.
Can it book appointments?
No. It collects name and number so your team confirms in the morning. It never holds or promises slots. The visitor never stares at a dead form at midnight.
How do fixes and updates work?
Wrong answer? Tell us and it is fixed same-day. Your site is rescraped on schedule; tell us about big changes and we retrain immediately.
Leads and reports
How do I receive leads?
Instantly by email as they happen, plus a monthly report summarizing questions asked, leads captured, and gaps found.
Who owns the data?
You do: content, leads, reports. Everything exports with you if you leave.
Billing
How does billing work?
Done-for-you is S$2,500 setup + S$1,500/yr SGD, quoted upfront and prepaid: one invoice, one renewal date. Agencies bill per track (referral payouts or wholesale). No per-message charges on any plan.
Can I get a refund if I cancel?
No refunds mid-term. Hosting runs to the end of the paid term, and your data exports with you.
Agencies
How does referring work?
Introduce us, we close as AI Desk, you take 20% of year one and 10% on renewals, paid quarterly with a per-client ledger.
How does reselling work?
One fixed wholesale rate, prepaid. You price the client, unbranded included, and you keep the relationship.
